Poptropica Steamworks Island

Steamworks Island launched on Poptropica a few days ago for paid members and I enjoyed it. Steamworks is really hard and takes a lot more thinking than most of the earlier islands in the game. There are a lot more rooms to explore and even though some of them are small, it will take a lot of time to finish them all poptropica. It works just like most of the other islands where you go from place to place and solve puzzles and secrets. A big difference with Steamworks is that there are no citizens walking around like you see on the other islands. Even though the people are gone, all the machinery they created was left behind. One very fun thing is Sprocket, who is a robot you meet on the island. He will follow you around and help out in some spots. While you're adventuring around the island, you will find a lot of dangerous plant monsters to battle and uncover a ton of secrets and small mysteries about what happened. I got pretty far but then I got stuck and checked out this guide on How to beat Steamworks Island.

poptropica secrets Steamworks Island has a lot of different puzzles that you will need to try and solve as you go on your quest. A new change is that many of the puzzles have several different levels that get harder as you go. One of the toughest puzzles to solve is the steam valve puzzle you need to do each time you activate a steam terminal. In these puzzles, you must change the steam pressure by re-routing the path it travels using a bunch of switches that add or subtract to the pressure. I thought it was kind of hard.

My favorite area was the greenhouse. It was all smashed up but I thought it looked pretty awesome and I like you kill off the big plant monster there. Another great zone in Steamworks is the Hub with all its moving machinery.

Steamworks Island News

Steamworks Island was released on Poptropica a few days ago for paid members and I tried it. Wow, this island is very tricky! It was much tougher when compared with any of the quests I have tried before. I also think it lasted a lot longer. Your job is to solve some really big mysteries about the island. poptropica cheats One of the toughest parts are the different puzzles. Most of them have different levels, like three. One of the puzzles that you have to solve is a pipe puzzle near the end where steam is moving quickly through the pipes and you have to uncover the pieces and move them into place really fast to keep the steam flowing. It was pretty tough!

Tips for Astro-Knights on Poptropica

Given that school has ended I have a great deal of spare time to play Poptropica and it rules! In the last year they have added a great number of brand new island missions that can be done. I'm pretty sure the very best one they've ever made is Astro-Knights Island. It has a fantasy story with dragons and knights but it's also futuristic with rockets and spaceships. You are trying to rescue a princess who has been kidnapped and taken to a different planet. There are many side-quests, like rescuing three other knights who were sent out before you to rescue the princess but were unsuccessful. If you've only played some of the earlier Poptropica islands, like Shark Tooth or 24 Carrot, you'll be surprised at how long it takes to finish Astro-Knights. I found a good Astro-Knights walkthrough and that helped a lot. One of the toughest parts was definitely the robot fish that leap out of the water on the Ice Planet. Man they were so tough! And the mechanical dragon on the Fire planet was very hard too. However the hardest part of the whole quest is definitely the boss battle at the end. First you have to catch all these bombs he throws down and then drop them on him before they blow up. You have to get all the timing down exactly right to do it. After that you do the second part of the battle where you jump around avoiding his laser beams and you try to get him to hit the lights instead so that they fall on top of him. Believe it or not, it's more difficult than it sounds.

poptropica news Anyway I viewed the videos on how to do it and it still involved loads of attempts but ultimately I beat Astro Knights and I got the island medallion. It felt wonderful to finally win it! Even though Astro Knights is so hard, I really liked it and think it's one of the best quests in all of Poptropica. I'm playing some of the others now and I am really going to tackle Counterfeit Island next.
